The Villa is situated approximately 20km (25 minutes) from the pretty coves of the French Riviera (Cotes d' Azur).
It has a view of the impressive red rock of Rocher De Roquebrune and is on the edge of the small village of La Bouverie.
You are 20 minutes away from Frejus, and only 40 minutes drive from the centre of Cannes as well as being close to St Tropez (by ferry).
Our villa is situated on a quiet corner plot on the edge of a local nature reserve, enjoying the sun all day long and into the evening......ideal for enjoying a glass of local wine on the terrace, balcony or poolside.
It has been recently completely refurbished and remodelled to a very high standard, having a large upstairs lounge with a fabulous balcony overlooking the famous red rock of Rocher De Roquebrune.
The kitchen is fully fitted with dishwasher and American style fridge/freezer. There is plenty of space for indoor or al-fresco dining. All bedrooms are located on the ground floor, ideal for easy access.
There is ample parking for three cars on the drive. There is a local bus which passes the villa. (Times/regularity vary depending on time of year.)
The location of the villa ideally lends itself to guests having their own car/transport in order to enjoy all the local amenities and sights.
